Abstract
The goal of this talk was to present a real case in which we mixed UX + Design + ML + Research and discuss with the BBVA Design team what they can do to improve similar process. The case presented was related to the paper https://doi.org/10.1109/ACCESS.2017.2782678 I published during my PhD thesis.

I have a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Salamanca (2018), have authored 80+ publications, and received the 2019 SCIE-BBVA Award for best young researcher in Computer Science in Spain.
